To respond to increasing demands of reliability and accuracy, we now offer you much more accurate, and flexible series of transmitters -FCX-AII series.
FCX Series transmitter support tool contains the software to execute the configurations of FCX-A, FCX-C and FCX-AII series transmitter. If you install this software to the personal computer connected to HART Interface that support HART communication with HART device and then connect pins of HART Interface to FCX-A, FCX-C or FCX-AII series transmitter powered by the power supply, you will be able to confirm the following configurations and change Damping constant, Measuring range and Calibration

Manufactured in Europe, the FCX transmitter can be fitted with remote seals to suit the most aggresive of applications. Assembly of the seals and transmitters as an integral part of the transmitter allows the assembly to be designed for reduced oil fill volume, which produced unpresidented temperature stability.
To support customers in many industries we supply compete transmitter and chemical seal combinations.
These solutions are manufactured by ourselves with reduced silicon volume to give fast responce with in built temperature compensation.
Differential Pressure transmitters from Fuji Electric
Differential pressure transmitters can be used to measure, flow, density, viscosity and level.
Flow measurement, DP transmitters measure the pressure drop accross orifice plates, venturi tubes, pitot tubes or some other form of primary flow element. In these applications there is a square law relationship between the differential pressure and the flowrate. When specifying a dP transmitter for a flow applications the type of fluid, line pressure and temperature as well as flow trundown should be known.
Fuji Electric have recently released the worlds first DP transmitter which will measure differential pressure at line pressures up to 1035 barg!. This "high static pressure" device is particulary useful in the oil and gas industry as producers drill to new depths to recover product.
Density Measurement, DP transmitters measure the difference in pressure between two points in a vertical plane. The density being proportional to the difference in pressure.
Viscosity Measurement, in this application a fixed flowrate is pumped through an orifice plate at a constant rate using a positive displacement pump at a known telperature and pressure. By measuring the differential pressure accross the orifice plate, the viscosity of the fluid can be measured.
Level Measurement, in this application the level in a sealed tank can be measured by comparing the pressure at the top of the tank, with the pressure at (or near) the bottom of the tank. fuji Electric DP transmitters have the capability to compensate for tanks with irregular shapes.

The FCX-AII transmitter is the only DP transmitter of its type with a design static pressure of 1000Bar.
Oil & Gas producers are drilling to new depths to keep up with demand, but this creates problems for traditional differential pressure transmitters, that are not designed to operate above 6000PSI (414 barg).
Based on extensive experience of supplying transmitters for this demanding application, Fuji Electric is proud to announce the release of its latest Differential Pressure Transmitter which has is specifically designed to solve customer's requirements in high pressure applications.
